Who We Are
Chara Enterprise is a Dubai-based private capital and infrastructure advisory firm operating at the intersection of finance, energy, and global commerce. Our engagements take two forms: as principal, where we take direct positions in trade and commodity flows, and as trusted intermediary, where we structure access between institutional capital and the sovereign or corporate counterparties capable of deploying it.
This dual posture is deliberate. It allows us to move at the speed of a principal when conviction is high, and with the discretion of an intermediary when relationships — not balance sheets — are what unlock the opportunity.
